Today 10.11.20 at about 9:20 pm at Mc Donalds, and unfortunately not satisfied this time. First I was given a wrong order. When I got my order, the fries were scattered around in the bag. Why you don't put the fries in the bag, but lay them, is a mystery to me. It's really annoying to dig the fries out of the bag.

Mc Donalds stop. In my experience, unfortunately, too often food is cold and the order is incomplete or incorrect.

Nowadays you can't buy anything, you have to drive around 5 times and order 5 times. There is always something missing. Very unprofessional teams which work without hygiene.

It's just Mc Donalds 🙄🙄🙄

I live just a stone's throw away and am accordingly often there. In the last few months this branch has unfortunately suffered from the individual characters in the team. The team management does not seem to get the problems under control. Partly unfriendly staff. Arguing in front of the guests is a no go. The lady at the McDrive was the last 4 (!) Times because of the language barrier a wrong choice. No wonder that her mood is not particularly good. It is not sensible to order via the app. Unfortunately, orders on the McDrive are often incorrect. I hope this branch can get its problems under control again through sensible restructuring.

Hello, I was really angry today, I went to McDonald's with my husband because of the glasses and got two of the same exchanges - according to your statement, it wasn't 😒 And now for the best, I got the menu with the long chicken and what was half of it I had the lid and the nugget underneath but where was my lower part I didn't have that with my wide nuggets and I don't think that's great 😪😪 😪😪😡😡😡😡😡

It was just impossible to get a coffee because the good 'lady' alleged shift manager said she had to yell at us, we would be in the wrong line. Such behavior towards customers is not acceptable. We politely asked her to face us because she had already thrown the money back and refused to hand us our order. Poor Germany!!! Something like that in a management position is not possible! We will soon avoid this shop !!!

Super clean restaurant, fast friendly delivery to the table. A hot fresh neatly layered avocado signature burger in a paper bag so nothing falls apart. Then the price of just under 10 for the maxi menu is fully justified. Gladly again!

Went quite quickly at the car counter, less than 10 minutes. I was the 12th car in the row

Every time something is missing !! The employees are very cheeky and think the boss is not really in control

We were very dissatisfied there. Very pushy staff when we ordered from the machine. When there is a big rush, the staff behind the counter is very unprofessional and only gets the orders slowly finished and you have to check several times not everything that was ordered in the bag is very annoying.

Every other table was empty for safety which was very thoughtful.

Rarely seen such a bad Mcs !! Something is forgotten all the time. From burger to mayo or similar. Not even the order is apparently read correctly, so that among each other with the drinks e.g. everything is mixed up ... You have got used to the fact that the food is often cold ...

08/28/2020 approx. 6:15 p.m. today they probably didn't feel like serving me in the MC Drive (the lady had no desire to deal with the coupons offered by McDonald's, why don't I know I was there anyway absolutely dead pants) , then I just drove through, my two little children in the car were deeply disappointed! maybe I'll have better luck next time🤷

Today excited for the first time. Very friendly table service. Burgers were tasty too. Top

Very nice service. A very nice voice on "Welcome to Mc Donalds" The Hamburger Royal Ts were still hot, the Fanta with ice cubes was nice and cold. We were very satisfied .
